Flow & Grow is a not-to-be missed morning of early autumn magic – a celebration of yoga, flowers (hello, dahlia season!), and community. This is a special collaboration event between Jen, a yoga teacher in the Quincy area, and Josi of Field & Wild Flower Farm.
Event Overview:
* We will begin at 8:30 am for Jen's 50-minute yoga practice on the lawn. With a very music-driven class style, we will move in ways inspired by both the songs and our breath.
* Class will conclude with a 10-minute sound bath.
