In Celebration of Capricorn Take a Tour of the Zodiac in this Monthly Vinyasa & Sound Series We invite you to come honor all that Capricorn season brings! Over the course of this hour, we will:
Channel the sign’s best qualities through a vinyasa flow inspired by Capricorn's strengths.
Our class playlist will be another avenue to celebrate Capricorn characteristics and Capricorn artists.
We will close with a lengthier savasana and meditation, consisting of a mini sound bath and affirmations for the season.
