Music Theme: Winter vs. Spring

This class leverages the power of the playlist to bring more focus and fun to your practice. Vigorous vinyasa flows will be woven with occasional opportunities for cardio, dance, and/or strength-training, as well as moments for rest and reflection. The flow is guided by a carefully curated – and sometimes unexpected – selection of music. While this is not our full-on glow in the dark class, the disco ball may make an appearance! All levels are welcome and variations will be offered throughout.
