Our signature Sound & Vision class style – but glow-in-the-dark! This class leverages the power of the playlist, designed around a monthly theme, to bring more focus and fun to your practice. Vigorous vinyasa flows will be woven with occasional opportunities for cardio, dance, and/or strength-training, as well as moments for rest and reflection. All levels are welcome and variations will be offered throughout. It's a one-of-a-kind, not-to-be-missed yoga experience!
Costumes, seasonally festive, and/or glow-in-the dark (white or neon) attire is strongly encouraged. Last year we had 100% participation and had a blast!
