Completing this registration is important so that I have contact info for communicating in case of bad weather.
This class brings us into the great outdoors to enjoy the sun as it's setting. We will meet in the park. Vigorous vinyasa flows will be woven with occasional opportunities for cardio and/or strength-training, as well as moments for rest and reflection. The flow is guided by a carefully curated – and sometimes unexpected – selection of music. All levels are welcome and variations will be offered throughout.
Packing list: yoga mat, a towel for underneath your mat if it has recently rained, water bottle, sweatshirt and socks, personal yoga blocks if you frequently rely on them (optional)
